It was fairly clean, staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room I booked was neat and fashionable with table and chairs, the internet, as for instance. I greatly enjoyed this quaint and bright hotel and will be back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which offers great value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the excellent location. The hotel is situated near Canterbury town centre, making it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying its attractions. It is also close to the ferries at Dover, which is a bonus for travellers. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities were all in place, and the rooms were comfortable with very comfortable beds and lovely en-suites. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, with lots of choice to start the day on a high note.
Nothing to complain about, everything was fine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, everything exceeded my expectations. the value for money was outstanding. For the price I paid, I was amazed by the quality and comfort of the studio family room. It was well thought out and had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge, coffee and tea facilities, and even complimentary biscuits. The attention to detail was superb. Secondly, the staff were wonderful. The lovely people who ran this hotel were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. They even brought our breakfast up to our room, which was a fantastic touch. And speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely stunning. The English breakfast provided was delicious and really set us up for the day. Finally, the location of this hotel was fantastic. We were able to take a short walk into town for sightseeing and shopping, making it very convenient. All in all, this hotel provided a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.
All was absolutely perfect, no complaints whatsoever.
